CONTEXT

Salon İKSV · interactive venue tour · 7.3 × 6 m web stage

THE OPERATING LOOP

From a static rider to an approved stage.

The latest r3Der experience connects an interactive Salon İKSV venue tour with rider-to-stage preparation. Visitors enter the modelled venue, explore the space, and try an equipment-filled sample stage. Behind that public experience, artists and technicians review real riders, make constrained placement adjustments, and keep revisions and approvals attached to the event.

The updated Salon İKSV model with its stage, balconies and Fiba Salon identity
The venue, not just a stage. The current model brings the room, balconies and stage into one explorable experience.
The sample stage plot used by the current r3Der public demo
One rider, a shared reference. The public sample demonstrates the path from a stage plot to placed equipment; real submissions stay in the event workflow.

Both sides review

Artist and venue see the same scene through interfaces shaped around their own decisions.

04

A version is approved

Notes, adjustments, and approvals remain visible as a technical history of the event.

SELECTED ENGINEERING

What sits behind the product.

01

AI without scene coordinates

Gemini extracts equipment, input channels, orientation, and semantic grid cells. The extraction contract rejects XYZ coordinates and catalog IDs outside the venue inventory.

02

Deterministic scene compilation

A separate domain engine owns asset matching and world placement, keeping objects inside the calibrated stage while reporting overlaps, restrictions, and uncertain matches.

03

A versioned review workflow

Riders, generated scenes, corrections, notes, and approvals stay attached to the event, with focused interfaces for artists and venue technicians.
