THE OPERATING WORKFLOW

One workspace from client intake to application follow-up.

The product brings customer records, visa applications, appointments, document checklists, tasks, and office configuration into one operational view. My contribution focused on frontend implementation, shaping the workflow, and building the form-assistant extension.

01

Organize

Customers, applications, appointments, documents, and tasks move through one visible operational flow.

02

Prepare

The office workspace prepares a short-lived, form-specific data package for the selected application.

03

Assist

The extension fills supported fields in the official portal; the operator reviews and completes the sensitive final actions.

SELECTED ENGINEERING

What sits behind the product.

01

Operational state made visible

Application stages, document checks, appointment calendars, tasks, and customer context were shaped into interfaces that office staff can scan and act on quickly.

02

A focused CRM-to-browser handoff

The extension receives a short-lived, form-specific package and maps prepared answers into supported official portals without turning the browser into a second ERP.

03

Human-controlled automation

Automation fills supported fields but leaves submission, payment, CAPTCHA, OTP, and other consequential actions to the operator for review and completion.
